Rev. Fr. Chibuzor Onyima

Jovita Chibuzor Onyima (Rev. Fr.) holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, Bachelor of Philosophy as well as Bachelor of Theology from Urban University, Rome, Italy and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana, Accra, Ghana. He also holds Masters in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas, Austin, USA.
He has previously worked as the Associate Secretary/Cordinator in the Catholic Diocesan Secretariat, Nnewi (2005/2006), a Parish Vicar of St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Ozubulu (2010-2012), the Financial Administrator of the Catholic Diocese of Nnewi (2015-2022) and a member of the Finance Council of Catholic Diocese of Nnewi (2015-2022). Currently, he is the Chairman Board of Directors Chukwunenye Microfinance Bank Ltd (2018-Date), a member of the Boards of Directors of Chukwunenye Oil & Gas Ltd (2016-Date), Assumption Farms Ltd (2019-Date) and Assumption Pharmacy & Stores Ltd (2020-Date).He has attended a number of relevant pieces of training and seminars cutting across finance, banking and management.
Fr. Jovita is a priest of the Catholic Diocese of Nnewi. He is a member of the Nnewi Diocesan Priests Association (NDIPA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
